It can also work as a protective device to protect fiber optic connections from damage. they come from 1 to 12 slots Fiber Module and capacity of 12 port per card with different adapter types and specifications such as 144 simplex or duplex ports. It is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in fiber network system.
