It can also work as a protective device to protect fiber optic connections from damage. they come into 1U 4 slots LGX Fiber MTP/MPO Module, 2U 8 slots LGX Fiber MTP/MPO Module or 3U 12 slots LGX Fiber MTP/MPO Module, with different adapter types and specifications such simplex, duplex or quad ports. It is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in fiber network system.
